1. Services

SYNBYTS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED provides software development, mobile app development, AI integration, UI/UX design, SEO, and related technology consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Engagement & Pricing

All projects begin with a discovery call and scoping phase. Pricing is typically fixed-price based on agreed scope. Any changes to scope will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation with an updated quote.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to use general-purpose tools, libraries, and frameworks we've developed independently.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, project details, or data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
